After the Kuechly/DWilliams trade and DWilliams reneg on Feb 26th I was still legal.

I went over on years on March 6th when I reneg'd Chad Greenway from 523/2 to 823/5.

I don't think there are any penalties on the DWilliams trade or reneg due. I think the confusion might be that all this discussion is on that trades thread when I responded to Pat's observation that I was over (on this thread) on years...
