2.04 WR Robert Woods, Buffalo

Fastest 3 picks in Frenzy history?

We almost took Woods at 1.10, went with his QB instead and let him slide. Then at 1.13 we again risked letting him slide in a creative deal with the Burners that would have netted us 3.1 if Woods was picked before 2.4. Instead Burners keep their 3.1 and we get 3.9 and an option to swap 3rds in 2014... PLUS the WR we targeted all the way back at 1.10!

He may be the safe pick of the WRs and many consider his upside as a WR2, but that's fine. We'll take the rookie hookup tandem with Manuel and Woods and watch them develop together as part of the Preds future.

I should add we are a bit concerned about his skinny arms! The boy needs to bulk up. I have bigger biceps these days!
