SAC'd Rules Doc - Word Version
After a couple of years of starting this and putting it off and gentle prodding by Burt, the word doc is finally complete.
This should be updated with all rule changes as of 7/6/2025. I also added a quick reference for various min/max and bidding rules. Hoping it would be easier to find these types of rules. Please review and let me know if I get anything wrong.
