2.11 QB, Tavaris Jackson, Minnesota
I'm following the Swords lead on 2nd round homer picks. My Vikes reached for Jackson, so so will I. At least I didn't have to trade up to do it.
Apparently, he has all the tools, and serving for a year behind Johnson won't hurt. What the heck. Last edited by Preds; May 13th, 2006 at 09:52 PM. Reason: added logo |

... by the way, Everett is looking good for this year, from what I've heard.

Well I know which way I'm headed... so if those in the 2.13 to 3.01 slots could hurry and make their selections, I'd be much obliged!
Nah, we're having a GREAT PACE on picks today!!! |

It doesn't seem to me like the Bills have such a surplus of offensive talent they can let a guy with potential like Evertt go for nothing. |

HOnestly, as a Skins fan, if you're only competition is Royal then you have to be feeling good about yourself. The skins made ZERO effort to retain him, despite the fact that Saunders offence is TE heavy.

Re: 2.11 QB, Tavaris Jackson, Minnesota
Not at all I just figured he was going to take some time to develop and I was hoping he would slip deeper. I actually heard some pre-draft chatter (on Sirius NFL Radio) that Phil Simms said he had the smoothest release of any of the QB's and lots of talent. The big concern was making the transition to NFL talent playing against him.
