3.11 RB Clarence Farmer (Sea)

Okay, I'm operating under the assumption that at this point in the draft, a "safe pick" is almost a wasted pick... so I'm swinging for the fences here!

Sure, there are two very talented RBs on the Seahawks ahead of this undrafted FA out of Arizona. I'm also aware of his "character concern" - those things that caused him to get booted off the college football team (what do you have to do to actually get kicked off a college team!?!?!).

AND YET... he's got great size (5'11", 220)... and was one of the top RBs in the nation 2 years ago (yah, that was before the knee injury in '02, but now it's two years later!). I think he has the size, power & skills to make it as a starter SOMEWHERE in the NFL. Whether he has the "brain power" (ie. common sense) to stay, is another thing altogether.

I'm not a craps guy... don't know the game at all... but I'm guessing any time "crap out" appears in a post-pick comment, it's not positive! :wail
