A little undersized, might never be anything more than a returner, but has good speed, and might fit in well if the Raiders go back to their verticle passing game. Brown and Rice are near the end, and someone has to play on the other side of Porter.

I feel the need for speed!! Could the vertical threat that they are looking for.
