Tough decision here... could have gone with Durham... or Pilares (loved watching this RB-converted-to-a-WR at Hawaii!)... or a few UDFA WRs that have great promise...
But decided to go with the consensus "best WR available". Paul is a tough & physical receiver, that can play at a high level. He's got some alcohol issues in the past... so if he can make wise & right decisions, there's a chance he could work his way into the starting lineup in Washington (besides Hankerson, who's there to strike fear into opponents? Anthony Armstrong?).
Worst case scenario... he gets cut from my squad at the end of summer.
