I'm over the clock, but the next team hasn't selected. I'm not sure how it's addressed in the rules, so I'm making my pick then we can sort it out.
I'll go with Nate Burelson and make it a 2/3rd homer pick rookie draft for the Dodgers. Edited to add that I just checked the rules. A team can step back into the draft at any time (ala the Vikings) at their original draft salary. I'll take a flier here since the Vikes have absolutely no talent in line opposite Moss.
