The Leagues tie-breaking system for play-off qualification and seeding is as follows:

2. Division Record (between teams from the same division)
3. Total Overall Points
4. Coin Toss

So the second Tie Breaker is Division Record

Soap Box and Avengers were both 3-3 vs Division

Mutts lost to Dixie in week 8 so he would have 3rd spot
Dixie would then get the 4th spot

Soap Box Derby Cars lost to Avengers week 11 so he would have 5th spot
Avengers would then get the 6th spot.
