In section 5C. Practice Squad in rule book:
Under Practice Squad Eligibility:
* Player was acquired through a trade with the original drafting team AND the player was on the trading partners Practice Squad at the time of the trade. Player must meet all other Practice Squad requirements.

The rule regarding required to go to TS is a SAC'D rule. I just got through reviewing that section during the SAC'D rewrite..
