Brett, I have a couple of issues here. First, I don't see year declerations for Tom Brady, Edgerrin James, or Randy Moss. Please confirm if these are all 1 year or more.

Also, regarding Zach Miller. It appears you are looking to move him to the active roster, but not until after the end of off season free agency. I assume your pending trade is of an RFA, which cannot be traded until in season free agency starts. However, rookies must be declared active or taxi prior to the end of off season free agency, or else they are release to the free agency pool. There is no holdover for rookies.

You could either release a player from your taxi squad and assign Zach Miller there, or you'll need to release a player from your active roster that would give you enough room to activate Miller prior to the end of off season free agency. Either way, one of these will need to be done prior to the end of off season free agency, or Miller will become a free agent.

Sorry... I will fix the above problems.. I made the mistake of thinking that retained RFA's were automatically 1 year deals. My mistake.

1st...
QB T.Brady NE 3 year deal
WR R.Moss NE 3 year deal
RB E.James ARI 2 year deal

2nd...
Drop Seattle Def.

3rd...
Promote:
TE Z.Miller OAK to Active

Sound good. Just make a new thread to drop Seattle in the Free Agency and Waiver Wire Forum.
