I would think for simplicity's sake we could just have the supplimental picks be the same base salary as the #12 pick of the corresponding round, with obviously 1st round picks having 1st round bonuses apply.

I actually addressed this somewhere in the thread, and suggested just that, making all supplimental salaries the same as the x.12 pick, with x being the round the supplimental was taken in.

I'll edit the proposal to state that.
