Pat, the cap hit on Torrey Smith should only be 10% since he was a waiver claim.

I always had trouble with this rule...Somehow I've made at least 3 separate waiver claim moves over the years where my penalty has been 20%, 10% and even 0% as a result of hard or soft cap and if the dropped player had an additional waiver claim filed after the drop. I have been the middle claim guy and the final one and usually we have a discussion and the results weren't what I expected. I probably use the waiver claim more than any other owners and am rarely higher than 9th in the order (since I go to the back of the line after each selection).

Not 0 ever. Once waived, it's a 10% cap hit regardless of how many times picked up, dropped, and claimed within the contract.

Roster looks good for my squad except the trade with Burt (Rawls for his 3rd round draft pick). You moved Rawls but the pick needs to be removed from Chunks roster and added to Preds.
