ok, here are the rules, 1st offense, 20% cap release penalty and 30 day bid moratorium on player in question,

so i need to jsut apply the 20%, and not use the years you asisgned him per the rules, its 20% on his salary is the penalty 58 CB, i will adjsut MFL site

Yah... because I never had room on my roster, the 2 years couldn't be assigned. It defaults to one year. 20%. No bid clause.

Thanks... that extra 33cbs was my way of accounting for cap hits on players I cut but didn't have any more room on my app to list. Forgot to delete that.
