Then, to clear cap to pay their earlier imposed TE/K/D penalty, they sent St. Louis Rams WR Kevin Curtis and his 121 cb 1 year salary to the Dodgers in exchange for the Dodgers 4th round rookie pick in 2006.

At 200 cbs for a 4th round tender, I think I should at least get my 4th back unless something drastic happens.

Yup, this wasn't a bad deal at all for you IMO, and I have depth, so should be OK.
