3.4 WR Tim Carter, New York Giants
I would have liked to get a RB here, but Carter could turn out to be such a value pick, especially if Hilliard takes a hike (so to speak), that I couldn't pass him up. Downside is that he'll probably outrun half of Collins' passes.
