2010 Rulebook Revision
While we are having a flurry of web site updates leading up to the trade deadline is this a good time to ask about inserting the 2010 Rulebook Revision?
My last rewrite was on October 27th and still have some issues (like Frenzy Logo not loading) but overall much more current with owner info, rule revisions, generic time lines, etc. Who would I send this latest version to?

Seems we have lost steam...I guess leave the polls out and active until we get close to next season? Unless commish wants to send out email to league again?
