I got started with this game after seeing the thread over at FBG FFA. It's pretty cool, you create a player, assign him pts to different skill sets, and sign onto a team.

It's a free game and a great time waster in the middle of waiting for RFAs to sell or watching noobs bid crazy amounts of cash on bums. It also allows you to waste about 10 minutes of your day.

My players debuted during that 37-0 game. I've got to believe that without Stepfret's 2 catches for 13 yards, that could easily have been just a 34-0 game!

The 5th season just ended. Our team disbanded at the end of this season. Many of us are moving to a new team. Here's how we did:

Season one: lost in the playoffs
Season two: lost in the playoffs
Season three: won the division, lost in the championship (moved up a division!)
Season four: lost in the playoffs
Season five: got creamed... didn't even come close to sniffing the playoffs (team disbanded).

Well I'm on a great team with a great owner who forks over cash for equipment as need. We're in EE AA but working on trades to move to EE AA or even Pro Team seeing as we beat the EE AA Champion in a scrimmage.

Most people on this team are in the high 20s to 30s... here's a post from our Owner regarding needs for Season 6.

CB - I guess some folks didn't want to come back. maybe they are just taking their time resigning. The situation is handled though, I have 2 high level FA CBs I can bring in. I'd rather not, but I will.

LB - Yeah, we need 2 or so. If you know anyone let me know. I'm going to try to find some outsiders, but you never know how that works

TE - probably need one more as a backup/backupFB since we have another leaving on day1

SS - Hopefully Flint Fireforge re-signs with us. If not, this will be a problem too.

It's for the Ljubljana Pregls if you guys want to take a look.

Would love to have some of you guys over there. We're a passing oriented team on offense and prety good defensive squad too.

It's D&D meets football. Make a guy, get experience for games and daily training, get points to allocatet to make you guy(s) better.

It was a lot of fun, but I got kinda burned out. I've got all my guys on one team now with Jason (Popes), Brian (Avengers), and Jim. We should have a great team this season, probably too good for our division.

It's a fun way to kill 5 minutes a day (sometime more) at work.

Wow, congratz on that. Like Jim said, we are set with a team. We're just in BBB for now, and I doubt even if we ran the table I'll remain interested long enough to turn pro.
