You are also under the 5 man mandatory TE/K/D limit, you need to pickup a player among 1 of these positions ASAP, and unfortunately roster penalties will have to be assessed (sorry)

Yeah I know I was under the 5 limit for that, I thought that was once the season started. Dang it, I guess I misunderstood the rules. Tell me what the penalty is so that I can go accordingly.

I was just looking thru the rules and found this,

"A penalty of 500cb's will be assessed for each player a team is below the minimum roster limit if a team falls below 13 players at any time during the In-Season Free Agency period (August 16 to the start of the 1st Week 17 games). If a team is below the minimum roster limit, they will have 24 hours to get back to the limit before the penalty is assessed. This penalty will also apply for teams having fewer than 5 players among TE/K/D."

Do I have 24 hrs or is this old? If I have 24 hrs then I can easily activate one of my TE for DS Squad, true?
