Correct. I've been texting folks and saying that they are on the (unofficial) clock. If they want to pick, they can. But not mandatory.

Though most of us are itching to get to picking! lol

Just a reminder that the Frenzy draft will be put on hold once the 2.12 pick is made... to make sure the RFA bidding plays out, and any comp picks can be distributed before moving on to the 3rd round.

If he sells this evening (6:45pm ish) and Pirates decline they would get 2.13 and lose their comp picks in the 3rd and 4th. Sorry for hold up on potential comps, but I had to make sure my division rivals paid a little more than their tenders...or if they decide to decline they subject themselves to facing off against that player twice in a season.

Of course, I have 72 hours to make a decision to match/decline. This one will be a tough one. It might take a while...

Just a reminder, we have to PAUSE the draft after 3.15 until the MATCH/DECLINE decisions are made on Tannehill and Boyd. Neither decline would yield a pick above 3.15, thus we can draft through then.
