PASSES with 8 votes: 3rd/4th rounders PS eligible via draft, trade or waivers

A 5 player TS and 5 player PS (any 3rd or 4th rounder PS eligible) has passed for implementation next season (unless another unanimous vote puts it in play for this season).

This vote is for clarification as to exactly what "(any 3rd or 4th rounder PS eligible)" is to mean.

Note option 3 with waivers is ONLY for players on their original rookie contract. Once off their rookie contract a player is no longer TS or PS eligible (either due to term or being cut and not claimed).

There are 3 poll options, you can vote multiple options and if more than one reach a majority a runoff vote will occur.

only if they were never on the TS or active roster...correct??? That is still in effect...correct??? Need to know ASAP...

There is no clear answer on this yet, thus the discussion in this thread, which will be voted on once opinions are heard.

Still need more feedback from the other teams in the league before setting up a vote.
