Nice comback win Brett

Friggin Brady to Moss on a late (unnesessary) TD did me in.

Oh well. At least I smoked you in the NF-FFL!

I want to officially say NICE WORK to Brett on his team. I really questioned some of his moves this off-season (big contracts for Brady, Moss). Holy cow was I wrong. Nice job, man. I know you're enjoying the fruits of your good decisions!

Those contracts could still comback to haunt him (IMO, they WILL come back to haunt him). For the most part he should have gone with 1 year deals.

The Pats WILL cool off too, at that point his squad maynot look as great as it does now. Heck, as it is, with a red hot Brady and Moss, he still barely beat my injured Preds by ~2 points in a low scoing game. He's had some luck to go with his hot start.

Oh, I agree, but it wouldn't have been much of a compliment if I made a backhanded criticism of the contract length while I praised the contract size decision

Regardless of what will happen in 2008 and 2009, he's loving it in 2007!

Cool Re: Nice comback win Brett

Thanks for the almost props Popes... Preds are just jealous of a superior team that should be 4-0, if I would have played my Top QB in week #1.
I still don't see how I am ranked #3 in the power rankings...
2nd in points scored = #2
94.5% Coaching = #1
33-11 .750 Win % (all-play) = #1
Yet I am still #3... Doesn't seem to add up.. It's Ok.
I get no respect... Even by the computer.. It's Ok.

Now instead of laughing at my player decisions, you laugh at my contracts. Well, we will see in the next couple of years. Are you trying to tell me that after this year and my QB to WR combo are both in the top 10 players. They will not deserve their contracts. If they retire in the next 3 years, I don't lose anything, but when they win the next 2-3 Super Bowls... Who will be laughing then?

I have always said... "If your going to wish.. Wish Big!!!"..

Now after all that ... I will submit that if the "infamous" trade would have gone through.. I would have lost. I agree that luck has been a large part of my success, but isn't that the case most of the time in fantasy?
Right moves... Right time.. Bad moves, wrong time.
I am just trying to build a solid core team(which wasn't there when I adopted the team). Then I will build with the draft and hopefully be competitive in this league for years to come.

See ya in the playoffs
Late

Factor in all the "good luck" he's had and remember that's he's pretty much got nothing from Steven Jackson so far.
