The Ypsilanti Undead are off to their worst start ever at 1-2.

LaDanian Tomlinson’s 52.7 points was the second highest RB score in Parkwood Predator’s history, behind only LT’s 59.85 points in week 13 of 2002. It also was the 6th highest RB score in league history. LaDanian passed Priest Holmes to become the all time leading running back in Frenzy history. LaDanian has 1322.75 points in 54 games for a 24.5 average. Priest has 1314.45 points in 44 games for a 29.9 average. Rian Lindell’s 11.7 points was the 7th highest kicker score in team history. The Predators improved to 5-0 lifetime against the Soap Box Derby Cars.

The Philadelphia Freedom have tied their best record after three weeks at 1-2, done also in 2001-03. The Freedom’s 79.55 points was the 6th lowest score in team history. Aaron Brooks passed Jeff Garcia to become the 5th all time leading quarterback in Frenzy history. Brooks has 774.2 points in 33 games for a 23.5 average. Garcia has 765.7 points in 33 games for a 23.2 average.

The Royal Hawaiian Opihi have tied their worst record after three weeks at 1-2, done also in 2002. Torry Holt’s 26.8 points was the 9th highest WR score in team history. Jeremy Shockey’s 13.1 points was the 4th highest tight end score in Opihi history. Shockey passed Shannon Sharpe to become the 2nd all time leading tight end in Frenzy history behind Tony Gonzalez. Shockey has 308.7 points in 34 games for a 9.1 average. Sharpe had 304 points in 35 games for a 8.7 average.

The Soap Box Derby Cars are off to their worst start ever at 0-3. Josh Brown’s 15 points was the 4th highest kicker score in Derby Car history.

The Liquid Swords have tied their worst start ever at 1-2, done also in 2003. Daunte Culpepper’s 36.15 points was the 7th highest QB score in Swords’ history. Adam Vinatieri’s 14.6 points tied the team record set by Josh Brown in week 10 of 2004. The Liquid Swords defeated the Ypsilanti Undead for the first time ever.

The Jersey Toxic Waste have tied their best record after three weeks at 2-1, done also in 2003. Edgerrin James’ 27.45 points was the 8th highest RB score in team history. Edge passed Curis Martin to become the 5th all time leading running back in Frenzy history. Edge has 930.3 points in 47 games for a 19.8 average. Martin has 929.25 points in 51 games for an 18.2 average.

The Wonder Mutt’s 142 points was the 5th highest total in team history. Hines Ward’s 25 points was the 7th highest WR score in team history. Antonio Gates’ 18.2 points was the 6th highest tight end score in team history.

The Bay Area Bloodsucking Insects have started the season 2-1 each year except for 2002. Their 170.6 points is a new team record, surpassing their previous best of 165.9 points scored in week 2 of 2002 against the Urza’s Ragers. It also was the 7th highest score in Frenzy history. The combined score of the Insects Mutts game of 312.6 points was the 5th highest scoring game in league history.Kerry Collins’ 29.9 points was the 10th highest QB score in team history. Shaun Alexander’s 43.5 points was the 2nd highest RB score in team history, behind only Clinton Portis’ 61.9 points scored in week 14 of 2003. Shaun Alexander passed Ahman Green to become the 3rd all time leading running back in Frenzy history. Alexander has 1114.45 points in 48 games for a 23.2 average. Ahman has 1087.20 points in 50 games for a 21.7 average. Shaun Alexander passed Rickey Williams to become the Insects 2nd all time leading rusher behind Clinton Portis. Alexander has 408.85 points in 16 games in 2004-05 for the Insects. Steve Smith’s 39.8 points was the 2nd highest WR score in team history, behind only Plaxico Burress’ 41.8 points scored in week 10 of 2002. It also was the 7th highest WR score in league history.

The Brain Dead Squirrel Chasers are 3-0 for the first time ever. Brian Westbrook’s 39.05 points was the 7th highest RB score in team history, and highest since Rickey Williams scored 40.35 points in week 14 of 2002. Jacksonville’s D score of 14 tied the 7th highest D score in team history.

The Nittany Dodgers have tied their best start after three weeks at 2-1. Jason Elam’s 14.1 points was the 5th highest K score in team history.

The Urza’s Ragers tied their worst start ever at 1-2, done also in 2001. The Ragers’ 129.2 points was the 9th highest score in team history. Jason Witten’s 17.5 points was the 2nd highest TE score in team history, behind only Anthony Becht’s 18 points score in week 6 of 2001. The NY Jets’ D score of 14 tied the 8th highest D score in team history. The Ragers defeated the Jersey Toxic Waste for the 5th time in five meetings. Fred Taylor passed Jamal Lewis to become the Ragers all time leading rusher. Taylor has 773.85 points in 42 games for the Ragers in 2001-05.

Now that's a good week!

Judging from the numbers a stud running game has been my staple for years.... if Alexander's 4 TD and 100+ yards isn't a team record, you know I've had some great backs with me.

... well... last week I complained I wasn't in the "notes"... this week, we all get to find out that I've tied my worst start in franchise history. (sigh)
