This one is just a little article of note to those curious which of the rookie RB's may have the most impact in 2005. (I like Caddy Williams and JJ Arrington in this regard myself).

Apparently, JJ is already getting praise from the Cards top pick in 2004, Larry Fitzgerald.

"It also sounds like Fitzgerald knows what to expect from Arrington in 2005. "J.J.'s going to get the ball a lot," he said. "We've put a lot of stuff in (the playbook) for him so far in minicamps, so there are high expectations for him. ... J.J. will be a big part of (our offense) this year."

Arrington confirmed that while he has not heard anything about being a starter, he has been told to expect to see the football a lot.

"They said they were going to give me a lot of touches," said Arrington, who said he worked with both the first and second teams during offseason minicamps and OTAs and hopes to complete studying the playbook before training camp. He also appeared to have

I am torn on JJ. I had two 1.04 rookie picks this year. (Bad year for injuries in a couple of my dynasties).

I took him in one and passed him for Alex Smith (2QB starters) in another. I think he's going to be boom or bust. Could depend if his body is going to hold up.

I have no evidence but it seems like the smaller speedy outside runner/receivers have a little more trouble transitioning to the NFL. It could be something to do with picking up protections on passing situations.

Anyway here's hoping for a good year from JJ
