The Jersey Toxic Waste in a tremendous free agency pickup sign Daunte Culpepper to an undisclosed contract. This should solidify the Waste at the QB position and turn this last place team from a year ago into a playoff contender. In the shuffle, running back Correll Buckhalter was released due to his recent injury, drug problems and the very tight salary cap.
