Move WR A.J. Green, CIN to IR

Looks like its going to take a bit more time...let's let him ride on IR for another 4 weeks and see what happens

Are you interested in invoking the retroactive aspect of his IR eligibility? I would have to look at where his 2 week extensions would be. I believe this is still available to you since he has not played during any time in between. If you chose to start over it would be 4 weeks minimum. Tough coaching managing call if you want to use him or not...let me know...

plus if anyone has issue with my interpretation of the retroactive part of the rule...let me know...Green was pulled off IR, but not in real NFL as we see it...I could see where owners may think Green has to start over again from 4 weeks before 2 week stints start...my interpretation was not part of the original intent (I believe), but it makes some sense as I sit here thinking about it...any how, let me know if you think I am out on a limb here...

I agree with Chuck.

IMO Green is retro eligible as he has continued to miss games.

Only question I’d have is what week did Burt bring him off? If only a week ago IMO only 1 week retro should be allowed. If he took him off 2 or more weeks ago than 2 weeks retro is allowable IMO.

Sounds good to me, whatever. From what I am reading, it's going to be a couple weeks before he even tries to practice again. So 2 weeks works for me
