Well... I had a sinking feeling that my 32+ point lead going into MNF wasn't going to be enough, with you still having TO and the Philly D (why couldn't they have been playing PITT this week!?!?!?).

I hate giving Mike a one-game lead in the East division... he so rarely gives them back!

ah, come on now Jim.. I SHARE! You won the division last year, and Jeramy won it the year before. Now I know I should be generous and let Philly win it this year, but for some unknown reason he appears ready to jump ship by trading away his studs when he's still theoretically in the division hunt. It would not suprise me to see Matt go 3-1 down the stretch... and with the rest of us beating up on each other who knows what will happen!

I have to say however, I am hopeful that our meeting week 14 will be for the division title... I have a feeling it might be the only way either of us make's the playoffs as well as the Swords are coming on STRONG!

Should be a fun 4 weeks... bring on the division games!

Not to hi-jack the thread but the theoretically is the issue. A 7-7 finish in not likely to by worth anything in our division so why not try and continue what has been a franchise long rebuilding effort. If I could have pulled either of the games I lost by less than 6 points it might be a different story but it is what it is.

With that in mind don't forget to consider adding Martin, Smith or Bruce to your playoff caliber team!

Thanks Jim! I knew after that first 59 yd. TD that TO was ready to shine in Dallas.

For Mike's benefit, I'd just like to point out that the Mutts went 4-0 this year against the oh-so-dreaded Eastern Division. I expect to get stiffer competition from my Central foes (especially from another dominant Central team, the Liquid Swords) in the next few weeks.

We'll see what the playoffs bring... but the Central is a doormat no more! :drinktoge
