As we've all had quite alot of time to chew on it, who's going to start off round 3?
By the way, I'll be working elections here in Indiana tomorrow morning starting at 5 AM and probably won't be done until Midnight or so... sorry about yet another delay if the bidding gets to me at 2.7 but I gotta do my civic duty and I think accessing the internet will be frowned on a bit while we're counting ballots! My prediction for pick 3.1... Kurt Kittner. The QB's are falling off the board and Kittner has the poise and experience in a pro system that will let him hit the ground running. An injury to Vick and he's the man, but don't count him out in straight up competition. I saw him play a few times here in Bloomington at Memorial Stadium. He has it all and IMO stands out above the likes of Drew Brees(who has also been to town a few times in the past years). What do you think? |

My guess, WR Andre Davis or RB Luke Staley

Well... Davis is off the board now with the "make-up" pick. So Luke Staley's still a good guess...
or Adrian Peterson, RB (CHI)... |

I like Staley, his situation and his potential but his injury history kind of scares me. This is a guy who has yet to show that he can make it through a season without injuring himself.
Peterson ended his career as one of the most productive Division I-AA running backs of all time. Peterson has plenty of experience and played in an offense that is geared heavily towards the run. If A-Train goes down he could get some solid time and a chance to shine. I am thinking at this point taking a flyer on QB works and there are still some decent WR's and RB's left. Anyone want to bite on a kicker? The question is what will Kyle do (or will he trade down)? |
