Since there is no super clear guidance on what specifically is supposed to happen when an owner does NOT make their intentions clear on an injured player listed on the IR who has finished his first 4 week stint...(unless someone with actual rule making ability objects) I will extend those players to the next 2 week increment and it will be binding unless the owner can show proof of moving player to another designation...players ineligible to remain on IR, I will post on the site (boards) this fact and message them and text them to make proper moves to stay within approved guidelines (Rules)...if no move is made or eminent, I will alert league management to enforce potential penalties...

If they're eligible to extend 2 weeks, I think making that automatic should be fine. We should vote to modify the rule at some point to clarify that. If they're not eligible, the player is an automatic cut off the IR when their game starts and they become a UFA, unless the team makes a move (clearing roster space and cap if applicable) and declares them back on the active roster prior to the start of the game that would be their 5th week on IR (or 3rd if on an extension).
