Celek was a UFA acquisition on 5/23/11. I processed this on the roster app shortly after the trade was accepted. Reds had the required contract year space available.
I interperated this trade as the 2 years being the declaration of contract years for Celek. Yes, in the future the contract year assignments should be posted in the original trade thread, but I see nothing wrong with this trade and year assignment
