What do you want from a late round RB pick:
1. "great contributor on special teams" - check
2. "we liked his versatility" - check
3. "hits the hole hard" / "runs real hard" / "Johnny, he is tough as heck" - check
4. "great kid, you will see guys - when you meet him you will fall in love with him" - check

Bonus:
5. "i thought he would already be gone by the time our pick came around"
