I don't know how much credit should be given to "drafting smart" in later rounds....I do as much research as I can, even on the undrafted rookies. And I still think 3rd and 4th rounders are practically a crapshoot that has more to do with luck and circumstances than with player talent.

So I gotta side with Jim on this one. The reason why this league is more fun than the usual contract dynasty is because enough good players hit RFA and FA. Even so, I think our FA pool is fairly dry this year. I'd say, let's not jeopardize the important stuff because we want to get a chance to keep the good rookies for 8 years.
