Roster limit penalties
Should the following penalties be applied to teams exceeding the roster limit; 1st offense, 20% cap release penalty and 30 day bid moratorium on player in question, 2nd offense, 20% cap release penalty, additional 10% of salary in question (no min or max), and 30 day bid moratorium on player in question, 3rd and additional offenses, 20% cap release penalty, additional 25% of salary in question, and 30 day bid moratorium on player in question.
