John, that's exactly the kind of information (Mike's quote) that is present in the league "archives" (ie. message boards) that hasn't made it into the official rules.
So... as commissioner, I hereby grant amnesty to the Reds' pick up of Edelman & Nelson. They are back into the UFA pool (I'll post on their threads) and there are no penalties for the Reds.
If John wants the same privilege for Torrain, so be it. Please post.
From here on in... LET IT BE KNOWN... that only DRAFTED ROOKIES are eligible to be put on the TS/PS squads. John... let's add that language to the updated rules doc we've been working on.
