When you get around to updating the rules doc, language needs to be added specifying that only rookies and existing TS/PS players are eligible to be assigned to the Taxi and Practice Squads. UFA's, RFA's, etc are ineligible for the TS.

I don't ask questions in an effort to exploit loopholes but to better understand Frenzy rules as a newcomer. The answers I received make sense and will help me with bid decisions in the future.
