I am by no means questioning your sincerity or advocating against your position. I am only highlighting that the rules as posted likely contradict what you guys state. The intent you previously referred to is there for the PS rules, so I hope you can see how it’s absence from the TS rules further reinforced my logic.

Anyway, I don't want to make this a bigger deal than it already is. I understand this is the way of the land, will fully abide by it and adjust strategy. I do respectfully request, however, to be allowed to return Edelman and Nelson to the UFA pool without a penalty. I could not have been expected to know about the restrictions imposed on them prior to making my bids. Please consider granting the same privilege to John for Torrain if he requests it.
