Re: 2010 Rookie Bonuses
I am not sure we need a new rule for this....all increases, rookie bonuses and RFA declarations are done by April 1st..this year was different since things were so out of whack....
But ultimately, each person is responsible for managing their own team - all the tools we have are just that, tools - they are not the Official tracker of each team...if we make a mistake on the website or apps, it is up to the owner to verify and correct those (point them out) - thus everyone should have known that with RFA levels, salary increases and rookie bonuses, exactly where they stood. If I am able to figure it out, you all should have no problem either....
So my standing is if you go over the cap with any of these, you have 24 hours to get back under the cap as of the date these actions are due by. I have no problem giving the offending teams a week to get back under this year, but lets not create an unnecessary rule, when the rule is already there.
