Yeah, I did draft him VERY early for a backup. Round 4 or 5 that year. I knew he was gonna be a stud. I watched him one Monday night for 1 series and saw he could be great if he were the man. I never planned on him paying off that early. I planned on him sitting on my bench at least 1 year, maybe 2. Back then we didnt even have a Developmental squad.
