Or here's another question about this whole thing...

Say I decide NOT to put him on the TS... but make room for him on the active roster. So I cut someone from the active roster... and then immediately move him to IR. Let's say he stays the entire year on the IR. Next season, if I wanted to put him back on the TS squad (since he's still eligible), what's the salary penalty? He was only active prior to week one... so does that mean one week? Or would he get charged the entire 16 week penalty?

Even if I wasn't the owner, my first inclination would be a one week penalty... since he was only active for the first week.

But again, this is all rules interpretation.

Thoughts on this?
