The Roster App has been updated to reflect all moves to date.

All further transactions can only be assigned 1 year contracts.

Further, once a team is eliminated from the playoffs or the playoff race, they can no longer bid on players.

That means teams that are already eliminated from the playoffs can no longer bid.
