I know I am a little slow on the uptake but if Jake wins and I lose (you still need to win) and at that time it becomes a three way tie where the points will decide it. Is it points for or against or the differential? If Jake wins and you lose (and I lose) then Jake would get the wildcard.

So basically in the cases where I lose you have a chance to have three way tie if you win and Jake wins. I know have the best all play record but I am not sure about how the points themselves stand. Either way it does not seem like you have great odds (though now that I have written that you will probably secure the wild card).
