I would like to throw out the idea of incorporating contract re-negotiations and franchise players in the Frenzy (these are already part of the SAC'd).

Since so many of the owners in the Frenzy are also in the SAC'd it would seem to make sense to add these components.

I am guessing that they would not go into effect until after the 2009 (if everyone voted and agreed) but I figured I would throw it out there now for discussion.
