The fact that is was unintentional is meaningless. This will be my 7th season in the Frenzy, and 4th in SAC'D. I can't personally recall anyone going over the cap like this "intentionally." The closest anything ever came to being intentional was me in the Frenzy last year, when I had a trade fall through on a weekend, and rosters got completely screwed up. Intentional or not, it doesn't matter. My out of compliance this fall certainly wasn't intenional. I overlooked declaring years on my top pick, and forgot to cut a guy that's been out of football for a couple years. That deserves a different penalty than someone who declared the contract years for all players, but didn't keep track of room for all of them? It's the same deal, different honest mistakes.

I really don't care the penalty. You can let him cut whoever he wants in my opinion. Just don't say he gets a different penalty because what he did wasn't "intentional."
