Your division games need to be setup for weeks 1-3 and 12-14 (once against each div opponent at the beginning of the season, and once at the end). Further, they should be cycled each year so that there is schedule variation with the divisional games from year to year.

Thus Week 1 and 12 should start the 3 week division cycle as follows:

Year 1
Team A plays B and C plays D
Team A plays C and B plays D
Team A plays D and B plays C

Year 2
Team A plays C and B plays D
Team A plays D and B plays C
Team A plays B and C plays D

Year 3
Team A plays D and B plays C
Team A plays B and C plays D
Team A plays C and B plays D

The non-division games should be scheduled weeks 4-11.

This same scheduling format applies to the Frenzy as well.

To accomplish the above, set the schedule to be a standard 12 team 3 division 14 week schedule with 2 games against division opponents, and 1 game against the non-division teams. Then use the "Switch Schedule Weeks" tool to move weeks around as needed to meet the criteria above for the division games.
