I think rather than making the third round PS eligible we could consider adding some roster spots to the TS/PS. I have some guys that I drafted that likely I will not be able to keep at all this year and with the comp picks I am guessing that their are others that will be cutting a number of 2/3 round picks. Exactly why I want to make 3rd rounders PS eligible. In the end it will help improve teams and offer more flexibility.
I think I would be opposed to adding more spot, b/c as is it already feels like anyone worth keeping is on a roster. If you make the 3rd round PS eligible it will allow people to stash a player who has a better chance at being productive rather than the super, duper long shot we have now.
