I know the rules are complex, but this sort of league necessitates it. I apologize for the inevitable errors and greatly appreciate any help you'd be willing to give in closing up any loopholes that may exist.

Regardless, the intent of the 24 hour rule this year was to allow bidding the way it has occurred during In-Season Free Agency.

I believe Off-Season Free Agency ws handled as you stated, although we should probably stick to 1 method for ease on our fried brains :smoke
