Well, why I kept him alive has nothing to do with this, but regardless I did so to keep my own options open at the time and later decided I wasn't interested. It had nothing to do with intentionally screwing you, just keeping players I had an interest in in-play.

As for the moratorium on rebidding on players, I think you bring up a good point on a lifetime ban, but a month would seem reasonable to me.
