I'm willing to accept any penalties that the rules state. However I do think they are a bit severe. From now on when I bid I will state which players I plan to cut and assign contract years during the bid so this can be avoided for me later on. Also, if this grace period had happend during the week this probably would not have happend. I do not regularly check my bids on weekends. I know that's not a good excuse but I'm sure its similar for everyone. Does the 24 hour rule apply even during the weekends? Anyway, let me know what the final decision is.
