Yes. Team would have had more of a shot earlier in the season forcing them to make more moves and in the end being more competitive.
Again we never had this problem with 6 team playoffs. Is it a coincidence that when we made playoffs more exlcusive (cutting out very good teams at 9-5 and 8-6) that tank started? Just think about that before we go to a toilet bowl or reseeding of draft picks.
