I am not sure about splitting the two pieces but if that is what everyone wants that is fine by me. I would also think that we have to consider that any of these votes has to include the option to leave it as is (nothing like adding yet another option). Could we do this as a bake off? Everyone votes and we take the top 2 options and then we have the final vote?
